As a Performance Marketing Specialist at BrandHazir, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. Your role will be critical in maximizing the return on investment (ROI) for our marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our advertising strategies align with our business objectives.
1. Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with the company’s sales and growth goals.
2. Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
3. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad targeting to reach the most relevant potential customers.
4. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results and ROI.
5. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to improve conversion rates and ad quality.
6. Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure allocation to high-performing campaigns.
7. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to advertising campaigns, providing regular updates to the marketing team and stakeholders.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce or online retail.
• Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
• A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
